We wake up every morning to make fresh dough from scratch, from a recipe that's over 47 years old. So yes, I guess you could say we've been making it like this for a while now. Our family made it this way, we still make it this way, and we will always continue to make it this way for many years to come.
We are the only pizzeria in the area that makes most of the pizza ingredients fresh in house; to name a few: Dough, Pizza Sauce, Ground Beef, Italian Sausage.
Besides the real, whole-milk Wisconsin mozzarella cheese that we use to achieve a moist, but not too greasy companion for our house pizza sauce, we use the healthiest flour (most expensive) in the pizza industry. Our flour is non-bromated (potassium bromate) and is non-bleached.
Our old school, stone ovens heat up to over 500 degrees every day, so that by 10:30 AM we have fresh pizzas that are ready to slice up and serve to our valued customers.
